What is CoHear?
CoHear is an AI note-taking app for recording conversations and turning audio into material you can review and use.
CoHear helps you work with spoken information after a meeting, lecture or interview. Record a conversation on your phone or import an existing audio file, then use the transcript and AI outputs as a starting point for your own review. The app is available on iPhone and Android.
From audio to something you can use
- Capture a conversation in the room or import audio you are permitted to use.
- Review the transcript and return to the recording when a detail matters.
- Create summaries, slides, infographics or study plans from the material.
- Check names, numbers, decisions and action owners before passing the result on.
Who is it for?
Students can revisit lecture material; teams can review decisions from an in-person meeting; interviewers can check a quotation against the original audio. The output still needs judgment: a summary cannot establish an owner or deadline that nobody stated.
What should you check before recording?
Confirm consent and follow the rules of your location and organization. CoHear does not support directly recording telephone calls. Room noise, distance and overlapping voices can affect what you capture and how useful the transcript is. See product details and the current plans and limits before choosing a recording workflow.
Keep the audio as your reference
Tap a sentence in the transcript to jump to that part of the recording. Listen for the surrounding context before quoting someone or assigning a task. A transcript and a generated summary are working documents, not independent proof of what happened.
